I was very pleased with the work they did for me. They restored about 1300 square feet of flooring and a set of steps. Other contractors refused to take on the job because a rubber carpet pad had fused to the original oak floor. But they knew how to handle this difficult job.

Turk was very interested in making sure we were happy with the job he did. He checked in with us to make sure we were on the same page as I wasn’t able to be home when he arrived. He also was extra helpful with moving a last minute piece of furniture out of the room for us. The room was cleaned up nicely when the job was done. The only glitch was that he had an problem with his truck that messed up our timing a bit. I would definitely use this business again and have already mentioned him to a friend.

Betts Flooring did a great job on our floors. Ernest, who did the work on our floors, was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and explained all about our floors and how to take care of them. Overall, Turk (the owner) was easy to work with and flexible. While getting your floors done is not cheap, Betts Flooring is reasonable and well worth it!
